The Old & Gold Festival, which is going to mark its 11th year celebration this year, is back in Brunswick Heads. So, those among you who have interest in collecting antiques, second-hand items, or even perhaps if you are just on the lookout for a bargain, don’t forget to be the part of Brunswick Heads Old & Gold Festival on June 9th during 8 am to 3 pm.
Organisers have around 60 households that will take part of much loved All Town Garage Sale of their pre-loved treasure. Divided into three fairs this extravagant old world charm festival will be held at different places in the Brunswick Heads town. The Collectables Fair you’ll find in the Memorial Hall, The Ye Olde Church will host the Garden Fair with clothes and bric-a-brac, while local School will be the home of a Bric a Brac and Toy Fair.
Moreover, the festival, which will have 20 major activities for those into collectables, antiques and second-hand items, will also see two big second-hand Book Fairs at two various locations - the Brunswick Visitor Centre and the Library between 9am & 12 midday.

Be Part Of Sarah Key’s ‘Talks Back’ series in Byron Bay

This lecture and workshop series will include a 90 minute lecture with power point presentation and personalised 3 hour workshop titled 'This is How' to take place in the Byron Bay Community centre. The lecture and workshop 'Sarah Key Talks Back' will outline her ideas & methods of alleviating back pain & other back related problems to the participants.
This informative event will will outline her ‘5 stages of spinal breakdown’, that include, stiff spinal segment, facet joint arthropathy, acute locked back, prolapsed intervertebral disc and unstable spinal segment.
The workshop will cover the topics such as:
  • How to Deal with a Spine in Crisis -- with spinal appeasing exercises
  • Mobilising Your own Lumbar Spine -- hands on
  • Proactive Spinal Decompression -- using the Back-Block under both, the lumbar and thoracic spine

After giving a sensational performance at The Harvest Old Bakery recently the favourite and for many Byron locals and tourists “Aria Viva” are set to present their new show “Songs My Mother Taught Me” for fans in in Byron Bay.
